So not only are you notified of a delivery, but you can have a normal intercom conversation with them, from anywhere in the world. Once you`ve confirmed the delivery or collection is expected you can open your parcelPal exchange box, simply by using the buttons on your phone, allowing you to send or receive parcels from wherever you are.
