So how exactly does the system work?

• Once installed you'll be given user access details to the ParcelPal web interface where you'll be able to allocate PIN codes.
• Simply supply the phone number and one of these PIN codes to your chosen carrier company.
• They'll pass on these details to the courier making deliveries and collections from your site.
• On arrival at your locker the courier will simply call up the locker using their mobile.
• The locker has a SIM card fitted inside and will answer the call.
• The PIN code is entered on the courier's phone and the container will unlock.
• They can then make their delivery or collection and close the door to lock it.

• With the integrated intercom you get even more functionality.
• The visitor presses the button on the intercom.
• The system makes a call to your chosen phone number.
• You answer the call and can talk to the visitor via the intercom.
• You can unlock the delivery box by simply typing the sequence *0 on your phone.

How can I check what deliveries were made and when?

After the completion of each operation, full track and trace history, including date & time stamps of each event, is stored online. After we've set you up, you'll be given your own username and password, providing you with access to the restricted area on our website. Here you can review the use of your system and tie it up with each of your deliveries.
