How do I receive deliveries when I am not at home?
Once you`ve established a delivery is to be made, using the intercom to communicate with the courier via your mobile, you can open the delivery box using the number-pad on your phone.
The courier can then deliver or collect the parcels even though you`re not at home.
Once the exchange is completed, the door automatically locks after it's closed, allowing you to receive your delivery in about the same time as if you were there in person.
