How do I retrieve my delivery from the ParcelPal container?
Retrieving your parcel from the ParcelPal container is easy. Simply use the key supplied with your parcel box to open the door.
ParcelPal includes an interior light when the door is opened to aid the retrieval of parcels during poor lighting conditions.
ParcelPal will be supplied with two identical keys for accessing the container; spares are available from ParcelPal Ltd but will only be supplied to the current owner of the product in question.
Of course it is also possible to open ParcelPal using a telephone as you would when receiving deliveries.
