How secure will my ParcelPal system be?
When the Parcelpal Intercom Phone calls out to it`s configured number a secure line is setup that would be extremely difficult to tap into and virtually impossible to take control of. Add to this the fact that the address of the caller i.e. your installation address is not known and you can see why parcelPal is an extremely secure system.
ParcelPal will respond to incoming voice calls, for instance if you phone up the system to set a different configured number. However in this instance it will not respond to any commands until the correct PIN has been entered.
Three incorrect attempts to enter the PIN will cause the system to hang up the phone line.
It is therefore virtually impossible for anyone to gain remote control of the system unless they know your PIN code.
Note: You can change your PIN code to be any four digit number.
