With our 200+ team members’ expertise in logistics operations, we are uniquely positioned to create a solution driven by you and your customer’s needs. Since 2016, we have serviced over 10 million deliveries for our partners.

Integrate artificial intelligence and prediction algorithms into our platform to maximize revenue potential and customer satisfaction through streamlined service;

Leadership Team

Rich Wheeless

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Wheeless has been an active investor, adviser and/or board member for numerous privately-held companies. Most recently, he was the CFO of the publicly traded company, Taal Distributed Information Technologies Inc. (OTCQX:TAALF).

Prior to that, he was the CFO for the security software company, Rivetz Inc. Previous to that, he was the CFO of the LaunchKey Inc. and Plus Energy, respectively, which were both acquired by publicly traded companies. Mr. Wheeless is a seasoned executive with 15 years of financial leadership and corporate management experience working across various industry sectors, in both public and private enterprises. Mr. Wheeless has also held managerial posts at Johnson & Johnson as well as Cardinal Health, both Fortune 30 Companies. He originally started his career in the private equity division at Citigroup, another Fortune 30 Company. He also has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, credit, treasury, corporate finance, financial reporting and operations. Additionally, he has done multiple successful turnarounds for the States of Ohio funded companies under the administration of former Governor John Kasich.

Mr. Wheeless holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from Otterbein University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. He has also been a sought-after guest lecturer at numerous universities and recently co-authored a Finance book.

Rod Santulan

Senior Vice President of Operations

Mr. Santulan comes from a logistics and operational background in government, private sector, and nonprofit. As a former Air Operations Director, he has managed $1B air assets and over 250 employees. He was the Director for Consulting Services for CGI-Federal (CGI-Canada), a site lead and operations logistics manager for Amazon Inc., managed several multi-million-dollar government contracts, and led the growth and start-up of the $40M logistics delivery service provider. He holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University and is lean six sigma black belt.

Charles McGee

Vice President of Operations

Mr. McGee has helped improve and manage the operational performance of businesses in multiple industries spanning from food manufacturing to distribution and logistics. He takes a highly analytical approach to continuous improvement, combining his keen eye for detail and knack for strategic leadership to execute on projects that support his department and the organization as a whole.
