Rich Wheeless

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wheeless has been an active investor, adviser and/or board member for numerous privately-held companies. Most recently, he was the CFO of the publicly traded company, Taal Distributed Information Technologies Inc.(OTCQX:TAALF).
Prior to that, he was the CFO for the security software company, Rivetz Inc. Previous to that, he was the CFO of LaunchKey Inc. and Pilus Energy, respectively, which were both acquired by publicly traded companies. Mr. Wheeless is a seasoned executive with 15 years of financial leadership and corporate management experience working across various industry sectors, in both public and private enterprises. Mr. Wheeless has also held managerial posts at Johnson and Johnson as well as Cardinal Health, both Fortune 30 companies. He originally started his career in the private equity division at Citigroup, another Fortune 30 company. He also has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, credit, treasury, corporate finance, financial reporting, and operations. Additionally, he has done multiple successful turnarounds for the State of Ohio funded companies under the administration of former Governor John Kasich.
Mr. Wheeless holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from Otterbein University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. He has also been a sought-after guest lecturer at numerous universities and recently co-authored a Finance book.

Charles McGee

Vice President of Operations

Mr. McGee has helped improve and manage the operational performance of businesses in multiple industries spanning from food manufacturing to distribution and logistics. He takes a highly analytical approach to continuous improvement, combining his keen eye for detail and a knack for strategic leadership to execute projects that support his department and the organization as a whole.

Alain Dupere

Senior Vice President of Operations

Mr. Dupere brings a mixture of leadership, strategy, and execution with a proven ability to positively impact financial and organizational growth. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he was the CEO of 691 Ltd., a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategic analysis and operational excellence for the petroleum industry. Prior to that he led the Transload Division at Canadian Pacific, growing profitability and driving initiatives that reduced the operating ratio and maximized efficiency. His experience as an air-traffic controller provided the early foundation to plan for the worst and expect the best approach to business that has led to his incredible success.
