What will you be doing?

We are looking for a talented and extremely motivated Business Development Rep to help grow our retail and restaurant client base across metro Vancouver. The Business Development Representative is often our first and last point of contact with prospective clients making your role key to our success.  You will have a great opportunity to use your sales skills and abilities to drive new business to ParcelPal. We are looking for someone who is very competitive and has a relentless desire to close the deal. You will primarily be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads over the phone and attending sales meetings in support of the Director of Business Development.

 

What will keep you busy?

 

  • Develop and maintain pipeline
  • Organize and manage leads with crm system
  • Managing your own leads: utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads
  • Constantly looking for new opportunities for sales channels within all our markets
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Identify key decision makers within a company to determine needs and implementation timeline
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships through the sales funnel
  • Work with the management team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet both growth and revenue goals
  • Work closely with marketing to determine effective sales promotions and reach out campaigns

 

Need to haves:

 

  • 2+ years of experience (inside sales or sales) preferably within a tech environment
  • Highly motivated
  • Competitive, driven and hungry
  • When you put your mind to something you make sure you get it done
  • A strong history of executing full life cycle sales over the phone
  • Confident, friendly ‘people person’ who can establish and maintain solid relationships

We are looking for a talented and extremely motivated Marketing Assistant to help grow our online community, increase app downloads and engage with prospective retail (fashion) and restaurant clients on social media. You will have a great opportunity learn how to create content, manage social media campaigns and setup and monitor paid advertising campaigns. We are looking for someone who is fun, witty, creative and above all else passionate about marketing. You will be working closely with the Director of Marketing on local and national campaigns and the opportunity to have your campaign ideas implemented.

 

What will keep you busy?

 

  • Create engaging, edgy and inspiring content (written, video, photos) relevant to the ParcelPal’s marketing goals
  • Leverage our social media channels to support national programs, campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with marketing to devise and execute social media strategies for our consumer app, city expansions and business integrations
  • Bring awareness to events
  • Review and analyze social KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and provide feedback

Mobile App Developer – Victoria, BC

 

What will you be doing?

 

We’re on the lookout for an exceptionally skilled mobile app developer.  Experience with both iOS and Android is a major plus, but if you’re a whiz on one platform still get in touch!  You’ll be working with other developers, but largely you’ll be in charge of the components you deliver.  We’re looking for developers who can take ownership of what they build end-to-end.
