Delivery times are variable and depend on your location and the service level you choose. We provide automated real time updates and notifications so that you can stay updated about your delivery every hour. Consider using our Same Day Express Courier – 4 hr service.
Deliveries could be canceled for a number of reasons:
- The merchant is closed due to a private event, emergency, or a change in their operating hours.
- The merchant is too busy to take new orders.
- The merchant can not accept payments due to credit card machine issues.
- The merchant is cash only.
- The customer is choosing to cancel their order.
COURIER
You can apply to be a driver on our website at www.parcelpal.com. You must meet the following requirements:
Be 19 or older
Provide valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Have an Android smartphone or an iPhone 4 or later with a data package
Have at least 1 year of driving experience
Be willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract
Be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check
Be able to lift 50 lbs
